This section of the DBWAVE Community presents the stakeholders of our network, in Europe and beyond.

America Social Salesiana

A network of social works, including VET centers, of the Salesians of Don Bosco reaching out over 60.000 young people in 18 American countries.

Don Bosco Tech Africa

A network of 102 VET centers of the Salesians of Don Bosco in 34 African countries.

Don Bosco Tech ASEAN

A network of 36 VET centers of the Salesians of Don Bosco reaching out over 9.000 students in 7 (+1) ASEAN /Association of Southeast Asian Nations) countries.

Don Bosco Tech India

A network of over 300 VET centers of the Salesians of Don Bosco in (29 States of) India.

European Vocational Training Association – EVTA

EVTA is a leading European network in the field of Vocational Education and Training established in 1998 following the development of a cooperation programme on international mobility called Euroqualification. It comprises 15 members from 7 European countries, representing thousands of national training providers and, in certain cases, national employment services. EVTA works to facilitate the relationship between stakeholders in the field of VET, in order to enable them to share knowledge and practices on how to shape the training for the future.

European Forum of Technical and Vocational Education and Training – EfVET

EfVET is a pan-European umbrella professional association established in 1991, withe the main purpose of building a network of practitioners VET insitutions, to secure a voice across Europe in both European policymaking and practice arenas. EfVET represents currently 246 associations in 34 countries (including Russia and Turkey in Europe geographical region), with a reach od approximately 200.000 VET professionals and 2.000.000 learners.

European Association of Institutes for Vocational Training – EVBB

The European Association of Institutes for Vocational Training (EVBB) is the European umbrella association of free and non-profit educational providers. Its objective lies in the qualitative improvement of vocational education and training in European countries and an increase in the efforts being carried out in education at a European level.

Don Bosco Network

Don Bosco Network is a worldwide federation of Salesian development NGOs, formally registered in 2010 in Italy, whose vision, mission and actions are inspired by the values and principles expressed by the Gospel, the Teaching of the Catholic Church under the guidance of the Salesian congregation. The federation, whose headquarters are in Rome, counts on the networking among 9 NGOs, Planning and Development Offices in more than 50 developing countries. DBN promotes fundamental values of social justice, fraternity and solidarity with the most vulnerable people, especially youth, in the world.
