On February 15, CNOS-FAP led an online training of trainers on guidelines to create and/or standardise at European level Salesian Employment Services offices (also known as Job Services Offices – JSOs) which can support young people from Vocational Education and Training (VET) in job placement.
The guidelines were prepared by a joint work of CNOS-FAP and Association Maisons Don Bosco. Also partners from Spain (Tech Don Bosco) and Hungary (SZIF) presented their own experience with employment services offered to their VET students and apprentices.
Over 40 people attended the online Training of Trainers. The President of CNOS-FAP, Fr Fabrizio Bonalume, delivered the welcome speech, then followed by Fr George Tharanyil, Executive Director of Don Bosco Tech Africa, and Renato Cursi, Executive Secretary of Don Bosco International.
