The main objective of the Tech Don Bosco Foundation is to be at the service of the VET centers of the SSM Province, becoming a link between them and the companies so that both can benefit from their respective strengths. In this way, we are able to respond to the needs that Salesian companies, institutions and VET Centers present in the following areas:

  • EMPLOYMENT EXCHANGE: in the search and selection of competent personnel for the company on the one hand and, coordinating the employment exchanges of the VET centers on the other.
  • IDENTIFICATION OF EMERGING TECHNOLOGIES: collaborating in the research and development of new technologies outlining lines of joint action.
  • CONTINUING TRAINING: identified training needs of workers, teachers and students; designing and developing customized training programs.
  • AGREEMENTS BETWEEN COMPANIES AND TRAINING CENTERS: facilitating formulas that allow alliances that value both the activity of the company and the specialized and quality training of our Vocational Training centers.
